💌 Order Confirmation

  • If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours of sending your confirmation message, your order will be automatically cancelled (we don’t like goodbyes either, but we need to keep things on schedule!).

  • Once your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. If you wish to cancel, a small cancellation fee will apply to cover the shipping costs we’ve already paid.

🎀 Cancellation Details

  • You can adjust or cancel your order within the first 2 hours of placing it—totally free of charge!
  • If your order has shipped, our cancellation policy will apply. This fee helps us fulfill future orders without a hitch.
  • Orders cancelled without paying the cancellation fee will be flagged in our system. (Don’t worry, we’ll resolve this as soon as the fee is settled.)

🚚 Delivery-Related Cancellations

  • If your order isn’t successfully delivered after three attempts, it will be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you arrange to meet the courier but aren’t available when they arrive, your order will also be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply.

  • Orders flagged due to unpaid cancellation fees will result in new orders being automatically cancelled until the balance is cleared.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to our refund and exchange policy.
