Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos for verification.
Non-Refundable Items
- All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@deolinda-eg.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will proceed with either:
- A replacement (if the item is available), or
- An in-store credit refund.
Refund Method
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
Shipping Fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
